This is my cute grandson and my very first Colored Pencil portrait painting. There is lots of room for improvement, but not bad for a first try! The colors copied a little more intense than they really are.
Mom, I can see what you meant about him looking a little older, I think it may be in the measurement from the top of his head to his chin? But the colors sure look nice! The skin, including around his eyes, looks really nice. Good job! What size is this?

The drawing is 7 1/2 inches wide and 9 inches high.
Yay, Mom did a portrait in color! Good work. Nice modeling on the face. Nice subtle coloring and shading.
